Tyra became Indiana University women's basketball's all-time leading scorer with 2,364 career points — breaking a record that had stood for 34 years.
A 2× Illinois Ms. Basketball, she went on to play professionally in Greece, Lithuania, and Spain, competing at the highest levels of European basketball.
After her playing career, she coached at the Division I level — as an assistant at University of Evansville and Milwaukee — meaning she's recruited and developed college-level talent, not just played the game.
Today she leads the Her Time to Play girls-only camps and co-directs the Davison GRITT Skills Camps alongside her husband Brad.
