1. This Site Does Not Handle Registrations
This website is a booking-only, informational hub. Cancellations must be processed through the platform where you registered.
2. General Cancellation Guidance
- Within the free-cancellation window — typically cancellations made more than 7 days before a camp date may be eligible for a full refund or credit, per the listing's terms.
- Within 7 days of the camp — generally non-refundable, though we may offer a credit toward a future session at our discretion.
- Weather or emergency cancellations — if a session is cancelled by us, registered families are offered a full refund or transfer.
- No-shows — no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
